[BETA] Restore volume snapshot
POST/compute/v1/tenants/:tenantId/volumes/:volumeId/snapshots/:snapshotId/restore
Reverts a volume to the state captured by the given snapshot. The VM to which the volume is attached must be stopped before performing this operation.
