Returns a paginated list of networks within a VPC

## Parameters

### Path parameters

- `tenantId` (string, required) — Tenant ID
- `vpcId` (string, required) — VPC ID

### Query parameters

- `page` (integer, default: `1`) — Page number
- `pageSize` (integer, default: `20`) — Page size
