Returns a paginated list of VM instances for a tenant

## Parameters

### Path parameters

- `tenantId` (string, required) — Tenant ID

### Query parameters

- `page` (integer, default: `1`) — Page number
- `pageSize` (integer, default: `20`) — Page size
